REFUND POLICY OF RANMAL GROUP PTY LTD T/A OPICKO
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through www.opicko.com.
1. General
(a) We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
(b) This Policy provides benefits in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
(c) Please read this Policy before making a purchase to understand your rights.
2. Australian Consumer Law
(a) Under the law:
- For major failures, you may be entitled to:
- Cancel the purchase
- Receive a full refund
- Be compensated for foreseeable damage or loss
- For minor failures, you may be entitled to:
- A re-supply within a reasonable time
- A refund
(b) We follow the Australian Consumer Law at all times.
(c) Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded.
(d) If this Policy contradicts the Consumer Law, the Consumer Law prevails.

(f) Major failures entitle you to a refund or replacement.
(g) Minor failures may still entitle you to repair or replacement.
3. Cancellation and Change of Mind
You may be eligible for a refund/exchange if:
- You notify us within 7 days of receipt
- Services have not been performed
- Product is unused, undamaged, and returned with the original receipt
4. Products Damaged During Delivery
(a) If your product arrives damaged:
- Contact us ASAP
- Return the product in original condition with packaging
(b) We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund—if reported within 7 days of receiving it.
5. Exceptions
We may refuse a refund if:
- You misused the product
- You knew of the issue before purchase
- You requested a custom service or product against advice
- Other exceptions apply under Consumer Law
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
(a) If your product fails under Consumer Guarantees, we cover shipping costs.
(b) If return is easy, you arrange return—we reimburse reasonable costs if eligible.
(c) If too large/difficult to return, we will organize and pay for return.
(d) If product is not eligible for return, you must pay return and inspection costs.
7. Response Time
We aim to process repair/replacement/refund within 3 days of receiving your request.

(c) Proof of purchase is required
(d) You may be asked for government-issued ID for verification
